The World Economic Forum (WEF) expects approximately 2,400 high-ranking participants every year. A large number arrives by executive jet at Zurich Airport as well as Altenrhein, Dübendorf and St. Moritz. This year Zurich handled 62 percent of 440 business aircraft’s and 1,098 aircraft movements. The busiest day during the week of the forum was Tuesday 19th January, with 170 arrivals and 104 departures.
